Women's Ministry:

Our women’s ministry at Arlington Woods is focused on creating opportunities for women of all ages in our church and community to foster friendships with each other, be encouraged, and be inspired in our walk with God through learning from the Bible and discussing how it is relevant to our lives.

WHOLYFIT, exercise for the whole mind and body is continuing to be offered with weekly emails from Hanifa, our trainer and instructor. Since the pandemic, Hanifa offers us links to the WHOLYFIT website where we can view and participate with Laura (creator of WHOLYFIT) or other fitness programs to keep us inspired and moving. She also includes healthy eating and lifestyle tips. We at Arlington Woods care about our physical health as this helps our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. We look forward to the day when we can come together with Hanifa instructing us again, in her own style.

Wednesday mornings from 9:30am on Zoom, for a time of prayer, study and connection. Currently starting the study “ BETTER” a study of the book of Hebrews by Jen Wilkin. For more information please contact groups@arlingtonwoods.ca. All ladies welcome!
