Our women’s ministry at Arlington Woods is focused on creating opportunities for women of all ages in our church and community to foster friendships with each other, be encouraged, and be inspired in our walk with God through learning from the Bible and discussing how it’s relevant to our lives. Throughout the year, we meet for fun social events where we can get to know one another better, and for service opportunities. We also hold retreats with guest speakers, and get together in small groups regularly to learn, discuss, and grow in our faith.

Mugs & Muffins is the name of our monthly women's event that takes place at Arlington Woods on the second Saturday morning of each month from 9:30-11:30am. During the summer months we take a break from formally meeting, although we still have groups of ladies who'll get together for breakfast at a local restaurant. Our times on Saturdays are filled with fun, laughter, fellowship, and inspiration. Women of all ages (late teens to adults) are welcome to bring a mug and join us as we share our stories, occasionally listen to a speaker or engage with a panel, get creative, or just have great conversations with each other. Mugs & Muffins is meant for women to build support networks, friendships, and community in a safe space.
WholyFit is a new drop-in exercise program for women of all ages. Join us Thursdays from 6-6:45pm in the fellowship hall. There is a $5 drop in fee and you should bring an exercise mat with you. This program is run by Hanifa Yip, a licensed fitness instructor for over 15 years. The program is multi-level and self-paced.
