Youth Ministries Director (18.5 hours)

Arlington Woods is a healthy Church family in our nation’s capital. We are hiring a half-time Youth Ministries Director. If you are passionate about seeing young people thrive, want nothing more than to help youth know Jesus, and His plan for their lives, then we’d love to talk with you! The Youth Ministries Director (“YMD”) is responsible to develop a DISCIPLING, PRAYERFUL, and MISSIONFUL culture for our youth. This means that youth will experience discipleship, celebrate the privilege and responsibility of prayer and they will discover mission. These will be woven into and through all of programing, reflected in a clear and inspiring Youth Ministries Ministry Plan. Other values that are important to us include creativity, laughter and teamwork. Finally, the YMD will create an effective Youth Ministry Team which will prayerfully vision with, plan, and support the YMD and Youth Ministry. This team will be committed to listening, supporting and equipping families.
